Payments - Delivery - Returns

Payments: 

There are 4 options to pay your order: 

1). Cash upon delivery or at ACS pick up point all over Cyprus. 

For this option please select 'Bank Deposit' option when checking out if you would like to pay upon delivery.

2). Payment by credit card. We use Stripe as our platform to accept online payments. For more information visit Stripe's website on https://stripe.com/en-cy/about

3). PayPal: you will need Paypal login.

4). Revolut app: choose "Bank deposit" upon checkout so you can use your Revolut account to make a payment directly to our bank account. Please note your order ref. number in payment details. Once we receive the funds, we will prepare and send your order.

Delivery:

All deliveries are done by ACS Courier to your door. Charge: €3 all around Cyprus.

You can also select option ASC Office self pick-up. Charge is free all around Cyprus.

With the purchase over €30 delivery to your door is FREE!

Returns:
All coffee &  tea products are subject to availability. Where any Product turns out to be temporarily unavailable, we may offer a replacement Product to you. If you choose to refuse it you will be able, at your option, to either order another Product from our web site or cancel your order and claim a refund.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us for an exchange within 30 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds on goods. We exchange any unused and undamaged items that are in their original condition and packaging with a copy of your original invoice. Sale goods, opened tea and bespoke items are deemed as a final purchase and are therefore not returnable, exchangeable or refundable.

Damage or Cancellation:
If you receive your order and the Product is faulty or damaged please notify us immediately by one of the methods specified in the Contact Us section below and return the relevant Product to us together with a brief explanation of the fault or damage. The receipt of the Product, we will examine it to see if it is faulty or damaged and we either credit you with an appropriate sum in respect of the Product or we shall (subject to availability) send you a replacement Product. This does not affect your statutory rights.
