Brewing Instructions for the perfect cup of Ceylon Black Tea:
- Heat 200ml of water to 96°C (205°F).- Add the water to 1 tea spoon of leaf tea or 1 tea bag- Seep it for 3-4 minutes
- If you like, you can serve it with condiments such as plain milk, honey, sugar, lemon
- You can also serve it chilled with ice. First, the tea should be brewed hot and then chilled.
